Andreas received his Bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University, Master’s degree from Harvard University, Juris Doctor from Georgetown Law School, a Fulbright Fellowship, and in 2000 his license to practice law by the California Bar. Andreas came to Fresno to serve as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Oliver W. Wanger at the U.S. District Court. In private practice Andreas specialized in business law, and also served as an in-house counsel for the National Association of Securities Dealers (now FINRA) where he dealt with securities regulation throughout California.
