Supplemental Information is any agenda related information received and distributed to the City Council/Successor Agency/FRC after the Agenda Packet is printed and posted on the web. The supplemental information will be posted on the web on Wednesday by 5pm prior to the Council meeting. All documents distributed after Wednesday will be added to the web on Friday following the Council meeting. The supplemental information is also available for public review in the City Clerk Department, 2600 Fresno Street, Room 2133, Fresno, CA 93721, during normal business hours (main posting location pursuant to the Brown Act, G.C. 54957.5(b)(2).
The Action Agenda is an unofficial document that identifies the action taken on each item listed on the agenda. This information will be available prior to the meeting minutes being approved and posted to the web. However, the minutes are the official document.
