Charter Review Committee
The Charter Review Committee was created by Resolution No. 2010-219 adopted by the City Council on November 18, 2010. The purpose of the Committee is to evaluate and make recommendations to the City Charter resulting in the City’s current strong-Mayor form of government.
The Committee shall be created and convened for a period of time, not to exceed 180 days. Each Councilmember shall have one (1) appointment to the Committee and the Mayor shall have two (2) appointments to the Committee for a total of nine (9) members. The Committee will elect among themselves a Chairperson and a Vice-Chairperson
