Temporary Interruption of FIDS and Wi-Fi Service at FYI
05/21/2008
As of Wednesday, May 21, 2008, the Flight Information
Display System (FIDS) and public Wi-Fi internet service at Fresno Yosemite International Airport will be temporarily unavailable for approximately 30 days. The temporary service interruption is due to the ongoing construction of the terminal lobby remodel. Independent satellite wireless subscribers will not be affected by the interruption.

The FIDS actively displays airline arrival and departure information on screens and kiosks located throughout the terminal lobby, restaurant, baggage claim and concourse.
During the temporary interruption, passengers and guests are encouraged to check with their respective airline regarding flight status.

Nine carriers currently offer Valley passengers nearly 48 daily non-stop departures from Fresno. FYI is a municipally owned entity operating as a self-supporting enterprise. No City of Fresno general funds are used to operate Fresno Yosemite International or Fresno Chandler Executive Airport.
