The City Of Fresno Invites You To Take A Free Festive Ride Down Christmas Tree Lane On A FAX Holly Jolly Trolley

The City of Fresno Department of Transportation/Fresno Area Express (FAX) is excited to offer its 5th Annual Holly Jolly Trolley service to the community on Wednesday, December 3; Thursday, December 4; and Friday, December 5, 2008.

Holly Jolly Trolleys will depart from Manchester Transit Center (MTC) each evening for the ride down Christmas Tree Lane beginning at 6:00 p.m. through 8:30 p.m. Passengers will be accommodated on a first come first served basis. In keeping with the holiday spirit, Holly Jolly Trolley rides down Christmas Tree Lane are free, and the Community Food Bank will gratefully accept any canned food item donation(s).

A number of Fresno residents stated that because the trolleys were accessible to people with disabilities, as well as those dependent on public transportation, many who have experienced the joy of Christmas Tree Lane aboard a FAX Holly Jolly Trolley are making the ride a family tradition. Taking a FAX Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) trolley ride is free, convenient, allows you to conserve your gasoline, helps to reduce air pollution, and is a great holiday activity for friends and families.

Make plans to join FAX at MTC for a Holly Jolly Trolley ride down Christmas Tree Lane, and while at FAX also enjoy holiday music, and refreshments in the boarding area.
