Cen Cal Business Finance Group is a non-profit "Certified Development Company".Certified Development Companies (CDCs) offer America’s small businesses affordable, long-term financing for real estate, machinery and equipment purchases through the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 504 Loan Program. SBA 504 loans are designed to help entrepreneurs finance their facilities and are also an important economic development tool. Central California Small Business Development Center (SBDC)
The Central California Small Business Development Center (SBDC), funded in part by a grant from the United States Small Business Administration (SBA), is a Technical Assistance (TA) provider for the business community, growing businesses and creating jobs in our local communities. The Central California SBDC has assisted more than 4,400 business owners in Fresno City, provided over 15,500 hours of business consulting. Additionally, the SBDC helped to create 1688 jobs, retain 1322 jobs, helped SBDC clients achieve increases in annual sales in excess of $45 million and facilitated over $102 million in bank loans for clients, over $28 million in equity capital.
